HT R-Series

The Emisspro HT R-Series material is intended for application to the refractory surfaces in the radiant chamber of the furnace operating in the zone of increased temperatures in the temperature range from 600 С° to 1500 С°. The Emisspro composition can be applied to various types of mineral lining - fireclay brick, heat-resistant concrete, ceramic fiber.

The application of the Emisspro R-Series coating stabilizes the radiating ability of the refractory surfaces at maximum values at various temperatures, promotes the intensification of heat transfer by radiant heat exchange from the burner flame to the target product, equalization of the temperature field in the radiation chamber and uniform heating of raw materials. Creates a gas-tight barrier on the lining, preventing erosion of the material and increasing the service life of the refractory.
