The working composition of HEC coatings is prepared on the work site at the place of work immediately before its use.
In the process of preparing the working composition of the HEC coating, the following indicators are monitored:
- Acidity, pH;
- Density, g/cm3;
- Viscosity, sec;
- Temperature, degrees
The preparation of the working composition of HEC coatings is carried out by qualified Supervisors who have been trained and certified by the material manufacturer. In the process of work, a Check List is filled in for each batch of material and for each working operation.
